According to BDA, China Mobile’s enterprise customers represent over 26% of its user base, and a much higher ARPU than average subscribers. The recent creation of an Enterprise division at China Mobile marks a trend that the future battle of Chinese telecom operators might be in the Enterprise space. Yet, these corporate customers require specialized sales people, better customer service and more tailored solutions. Justin Mallen, CEO Silk Road Telecommunication.

Justin has been a successful entrepreneur on the world’s economic frontier for over a decade. He first came to China in the early 1990s and established a successful trading firm. After seeing the advantages technology brought to his company, he made the transition to the IT sector. In 1999, Justin established SRT as a telecom value-added services provider focusing on network related services, telecom software development and aggregation of value added wireless services. SRT currently is one of the pioneers in wireless corporate services and, as part of a complete corporate services package, maintains one of the largest independent Internet Data Centers in Eastern China.

As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zero Global, Mr. Tang is responsible for the company’s overall strategic positioning in the wireless software sector. Internationally acclaimed for his proven ability to manage the delivery of complex CRM software implementations for sophisticated corporate clients such as Compaq, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, NASDAQ, Fidelity Investments and Hewlett Packard, Mr. Tang possesses the necessary industry experience as well as the entrepreneurial dexterity for the realization of the corporate mission.

Prior to Zero Global, Mr. Tang held diverse executive and consultant roles at various technology firms including Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where he was an original member of the Technology Competency Group within the CRM Practice. Mr. Tang holds a B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Management Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). He is a member of Microsoft Mobility Developer Advisory Council as well as International Who’s Who in Technology.

Sandy Tian Yi, CEO, Babeeta

Sandy was a correlation Trader in DB London before her return to China. She was a management consultant in McKinsey Beijing Office before her entrepreneurship. Sandy has a Ph.D from MU and a MBA from MIT Sloan Management School.

Sandy回国前在伦敦DB是一位外贸员．在成为企业家以前, 她是McKinsey北京办事处的一位管理顾问。她拥有ＭＵ的哲学博士学位，MIT Sloan 管理学院的工商管理硕士学位。
